The 50′ Midnight Sun is a USCG inspected, custom built charter boat by Jennings Boatyard. With safety and comfort in mind, Capt. Rogers and builder Larry Jennings designed the boat and after 18 months of blood, sweat, and tears she was put in service May, 2003. Customers love the spacious cockpit and the views from the fly bridge and upper deck. The large cabin is heated during the colder months and features plenty of padded seating for when you want to take a break and get out of the elements. A large CLEAN head (bathroom), coffee maker, microwave and bunks gives you some of the amenities from home making your total fishing experience enjoyable and memorable. The Midnight Sun is powered by an 800 horsepower C-15 Caterpillar Marine Diesel engine. This modern engine is computerized and meets all new Coast Guard emission requirements; no smoke or annoying diesel smell while running.
